ABOUT ME
I am an educator with many years experience ranging from K-12 to higher education, in both the public and private sectors. My school administration degree led me to discover and study instructional design. I enjoy designing professional development, student coursework, and helping people achieve his/her potential by creating engaging and interactive learning content..
WHAT I'VE DONE
I have designed and developed an International Baccalaureate Science module for e-Learning for Kids Foundation. I have also worked as a Math Common Core content developer for Goalbook and evaluated IEP goal alignment to Common Core Learning Standards. Previously, I worked for Teachstone Training LLC as a member of the Content, Design, and Development Team where I worked on creating online courses and training materials.
WHAT I'M UP TO
I have been working in international school leadership across the globe. I have been able to employ much of my instructional design practice in creating training for my teaching staff. I hope to continue my instructional design work by having institutions of education understand the value that this powerful tool holds for their organization and staff.
